The One Key To Dramatic Weight Loss Is Sitting On Your Kitchen Table At This Very Moment

American fitness expert and Korean Doctor share exciting information about how a single and all-too-common kitchen item is literally the key to losing as much as 5 pounds in two weeks.

You’ve tried cutting out carbs… you’ve followed Atkins, Southbeach and the TLC diet… you’ve worn the tread off your running shoes… and yet, you’ve seen no significant weight loss or perhaps you’ve seen the weight come right back again when you take a break. This is an all-too-common story for most people living in western nations today.

The reasons that you’ve struggled with your weight like so many of us is because like all of us, you’ve been exposed to fitness and weight loss myths, rather than facts. Considering the weight loss industry generates more than $70 billion in the United States alone, it’s big business and they aren’t in a hurry to eliminate their client base.

Combining ancient Asian wisdom and modern medical research, a former marine Special Forces trainer and a Korean doctor have together created a simple, accurate and effective weight loss program called Fat Decimator.

This system peels back the veil on weight loss by dispelling the myths and showing you the science behind how the body works and how to work in harmony with your body’s natural fat-burning abilities to rapidly, safely and permanently shed unsightly and unhealthy pounds.

And what’s one of the most important keys that lies at the heart of Fat Decimator and your weight loss trouble? Salt!

Finally, independent clinical research clearly illustrates how cutting salt from your diet is actually counter-productive to weight loss and can even cause long-term health risks.

Doctor Sam Pak, a specialist on internal medicine and human bio-chemistry as well as one of the co-founders of Kyle Cooper’s Fat Decimator system, explains the true relationship between salt and weight loss.

“Your body uses salt for a variety of reasons. Among these is that salt helps balance the pH levels of your stomach acid, allowing you to more easily break down foods for efficient digestion. By robbing your body of salt, you not only reduce the amount of nutrients your lower GI is absorbing, you’re also preventing the body from breaking down certain acids that are dangerous to the rest of the body.”

Doctor Pak continues, “When you don’t break these acids down, your body begins to create and store more fat as a defense against these harmful acids. Your body enters a state known as metabolic acidosis. I liken it to leaving a pot of stew on the stove. Over time, the food begins to rot. This is exactly what happens in the human body as a result of a lack of salt. No matter how hard you work, you’ll simply create more fat deposits and erode muscle tissue.”

Eating the right amount of salt is just one critical component in your weight loss journey. In their program, Fat Decimator, Doctor Pak and Kyle Cooper explain exactly how this works and how certain fruits and vegetables thought to be healthy also contain dangerous amino acids that are harming your body. The system also discusses the need for carbs, how to exercise properly and a variety of other techniques that have delivered remarkable results to over 50,000 regular people just like you.

In his presentation, Kyle talks about how he met Doctor Pak and how they worked to create the system. He also explains how that very system literally saved the lives of a woman in her early 40’s who was facing her own demise from heart disease.

“Sharon’s story has inspired many folks,” Kyle notes, “Including me. My chance meeting with her and watching her turn her life completely around in a matter of a month showed me that sharing this information was what the good lord really wanted me to do.”

Everything contained in The Fat Decimator System is backed by hard science. Even Sharon Monroe’s miraculous change was tested by experts at John’s Hopkins who confirmed that her health had indeed improved and that she’d actually turned back the clock of age.

The Fat Decimator System gives you the power to boost your body’s own metabolic processes, improve your digestion, enhance your ability to fight disease all while delivering astonishing weight loss results. While no one can guarantee another’s results, testimonials from thousands have clearly shown that losing 4-5 pounds in a fortnight is a moderate goal if the system is followed to the letter.

Enthusiastic users:

David W. of Clarksville, Maryland, tried the system as a last resort. After losing 5 pounds in the first two weeks, he went on to lose a total of 47 and has never felt better in his life.

Susan G. of Houston, TX, lost a total of 34 pounds while following the system. She was thrilled to say that none of her clothes would fit and that she was once again able to fit into the size 8’s she’d been saving for years.

Fat Decimator is a simple step-by-step process that doesn’t require starvation diets, grueling workouts, crazy pills or supplements, or expensive exercise gadgets that don’t work. It’s an all-natural, scientifically proven program that delivers amazing results to those who follow it.

Try Fat Decimator for yourself risk free!

Kyle shares his research and his vision with you in his free presentation. He’ll show you how Fat Decimator came about, explain how it works, and give you tips you can put into practice right away.

Why Red Tea Is Better Than Geen Tea

LIZ SWANN MILLER

Green tea has long been acknowledged for its health and wellness benefits, including weight loss assistance. The evidence is irrefutable. But are we overlooking something better?

It is true that green tea contains powerful antioxidants. These components contribute to minimizing health risks such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.

As a Weight Loss Expert, it has been my primary goal to share practical tips and tricks for those pursuing optimal health. In upholding my obligation to transparency, I am about to reveal how green tea, although beneficial, is gradually losing value in the light of its delicious rival – rooibos.

Rooibos, also known as red tea, is equally high in antioxidants, but is sourced from different substances to that of green tea. The antioxidants contained in rooibos – aspalathin and nothofagin – are comparatively rare, and help to regulate blood sugar, reduce excessive fat production, lessen stress, and inhibit metabolic disorders.

After the results of recent studies, alongside my own findings related to the major players in sustainable weight loss, I consider red tea an essential. In addition to preventing heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more, it is an accessible and effective answer to weight gain.

This year I began the production of my Red Tea Detox. A primary goal was to harness the incredible benefits of rooibos whilst combining the ingredient with a number of other, equally valuable elements.

Rooibos means red bush. The plant is readily available, with leaves that turn red upon fermentation. With so much potential to assist with our health and wellness journey, I
considered it wrong to ignore the strength of the plant.

Unlike green tea, red tea does not contain caffeine, and therefore drinking the blend at night won’t leave you restless.

Another factor of its ultimate superiority is simply – taste. The bitterness of green tea is often attributed to its high tannin content, which is less prevalent in red tea.

Many health products do not aim to bridge the gap between adults and young children, but the pursuit of health is of equal importance for both demographics. Which is why I’ve designed a recipe that caters to all ages and tastes, with the inclusion of a sweetened version of the recipe.

This particular Red Tea Detox program is fresh and matchless, already actively transforming lives since its launch.

Introduction & Meet the Authors
In the foreword and introduction part of the book the author (Mike Westerdal) introduces himself and tells the story of just how important your hip flexors are. He also tells a few stories about how his coauthor and mentor – Kinesiologist and Injury Specialist Rick Kaselj – has helped a ton of people get rid of various injuries and pains.

According to Mike, Rick is one of the few injury specialists he met who actually helps athletes get back to training after an injury instead of urging them to avoid workouts altogether. Also, Mike says that Rick has

  1. helped him get rid of his never easing shoulder pain,
  2. helped Mike’s wife get rid of pain and discomfort in her hips after their son Lincoln was born,
  3. helped Critical Bench’s own Head Strength Coach Chris Wilson “cure” his tight hip flexor problem that was caused by sitting all day.

The Benefits of Opening Your Hip Flexors
In the next part of the book (which is basically two thirds of the whole ebook), Mike explains in easy to understand language the roles of (healthy) hip flexors in the human body, and all the things that can go wrong if your neglect this muscle group (which is also known as the psoas).

Even though this section is a little long… this section isn’t totally pointless, because it helps you better understand what you can expect from the course and you also learn a bit of anatomy along the way.

The Importance of Hip Flexors
According to the author, some muscles play a larger role in the human body than others and he argues that your hip flexors are among the most important ones.

Here are a few of the reasons why your hip flexors are so important:

  • Healthy hip flexors help you connect to your emotional well being.
  • Our hips impact everything that the rest of your body tries to do. Just try to sit, stand, twist, reach, bend, walk etc… with a broken hip. All these things are either very painful or impossible to do with injured hips.
  • The psoas helps with stabilizing the spine, flexing and rotating the hip and optimizing your posture. It is quite an important job, because you need to fix all the damage too much sitting is causing you.
  • Since the psoas is the only muscle that connects the upper body to the lower body, this muscle makes everything that your lower body does (i.e.: walking with your legs) affect your upper body and vice versa without you even realizing it.

How Sitting is Killing You (Good to Know)
In this chapter, you can learn about all the negative things that excessive sitting causes to your body and how you can undo this damage by “unlocking” your hip flexors.

He says that too much sitting causes

  • your energy levels to drop
  • poor posture and anterior pelvic tilt which gives your body a “fat belly bulge” look
  • your body to stare fat as a survival response due to stress
  • your sex life to suffer.
  • You can learn a whole lot more about why and how these things happen once you read the book. I don’t want to give away all the good stuff, it would be unfair towards the authors, I’m just merely trying to summarize what you’ll find in the product.

After you learn all of the above, Mike will finally start talking about what he calls “The Sequential Flow Method”. Here he explains why static (or even dynamic) stretching alone won’t be enough to solve the problem and why it’s not only the exercises that you do that matter, but also the order of those exercises and the importance of the order…

The Routine
Now you get the “substance”.

The authors list the 10 exercises, all in the right order, that you need to repeat regularly in order to truly undo the damage to your hip flexors. All the exercises are clearly explained with detailed instructions and they are also demonstrated with photos.

Personally, I feel the exercises are not too challenging, and only take 10-15 minutes to complete which makes it easy to squeeze into a busy day.

The End
The final chapters in the book are about the authors and will give you information about other products available from them:

  • Unlock Your Tight Hamstrings (“The Key To A Healthy Back And Perfect Posture”)
  • The 7-Day Anti-Inflammatory Diet (“Automatically Heal Your Body with The Right Foods”)

Conclusion

Overall, I feel this product is simple, effective and well thought out. I’ve suffered from lower back pain occasionally, so I figured there’s nothing to lose by giving the “Sequential Flow Method” a try and repeating the routine every day, if I remember to do it that is… It only takes about 10 minutes per day and the benefits have been worth every minute.
